A welcome gift

When you are specialized in a hobby, it an be difficult for others to find appropriate gifts, because you tend to buy everything yourself, or to be very picky. For origami, people from time to time find paper for me, e.g. my son found som exotic paper in Vietnam when he went there last year.

But this year my sister-in-law, Yvonne, found a book I have been trying to find for years. It is the book "Folderier", the edition from 1947. In the essay on Folderier I explain about the book, its origin, and its relation to origami and me personally.
